We are seeking a Virtual Assistant for administrative support to our team.
Responsibilities:
- Organize communication (email & phone).
- Provide customer service.
- Schedule meetings, travels, and accommodations.
- Manage contact lists and calendars.
- Create & review customer spreadsheets & maintain records.
- Conduct market research & report results.
- Prepare presentations.
- Assist employees with administrative tasks.
Requirements:
- 2+ years' experience in a Virtual Assistant, Data Entry, or related role.
- Ability to work remotely.
- Proficiency with current technologies (desktop sharing, cloud services, VoIP).
- Strong skills with word-processing & spreadsheet software (MS Office).
- Strong use of online calendars (e.g., Google Calendar).
- Strong communication skills (phone, email, instant messaging).
- Excellent organizational & time management skills.
- High school diploma; additional qualifications (Data Entry Admin, Executive Assistant) are a plus.
