Responsibilities:
- Organize communication (email, phone).
- Provide customer service.
- Organize meetings, travel, and accommodations.
- Manage contact lists and calendars.
- Create and review customer spreadsheets, maintain online records.
- Conduct market research and reporting.
- Prepare presentations.
- Assist employees with administrative queries.
Requirements:
- 2+ years experience in Virtual Assistant, Data Entry, or related roles.
- Ability to work remotely.
- Proficiency with current technologies (desktop sharing, cloud services, VoIP).
- Strong skills with word-processing software and spreadsheets (MS Office).
- Strong skills with online calendars (Google Calendar).
- Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- High school diploma; additional qualifications (Data Entry Administrator, Executive Assistant) are a plus.
