We are seeking a Virtual Assistant for administrative support to our team, working remotely.
Responsibilities:
- Organize communication via emails and phone calls
- Provide customer service
- Organize meetings, travels, and accommodations
- Manage contact lists and calendars
- Create and review spreadsheets, maintain online records
- Conduct market research and report results
- Prepare presentations
- Assist employees with administrative queries
Requirements:
- 2+ years' experience in Virtual Assistant, Data Entry, or related fields
- Ability to work remotely
- Strong proficiency with current technologies (desktop sharing, cloud services, VoIP)
- Strong practical experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (MS Office)
- Strong experience with online calendars (Google Calendar)
- Strong communication skills (phone, email, instant messaging)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- High school diploma; relevant certifications (Data Entry Administrator, Executive Assistant) are a plus
