Full-Time Virtual Personal Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Organize communication (email, phone)
• Handle customer service
• Schedule meetings, travel, and accommodations
• Manage contact lists and calendars
• Create/review customer spreadsheets and records
• Conduct market research and reporting
• Prepare presentations
• Assist employees with administrative tasks

Requirements:

• 2+ years experience in Virtual Assistant, Data Entry, or related roles
• Ability to work remotely
• Proficiency with current technologies (desktop sharing, cloud services, VoIP)
• Strong skills with word-processing software (MS Office), spreadsheets, calendars (Google Calendar)
• Excellent communication (phone, email, instant messaging)
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• High school diploma; related certifications (Data Entry Admin, Executive Assistant) beneficial
