Virtual Assistant role focuses on administrative support.
Responsibilities:
- Organize communications (email, phone)
- Provide customer service
- Schedule meetings, travel, and accommodations
- Manage contact lists & calendars
- Create/review customer spreadsheets
- Conduct market research & report results
- Prepare presentations
- Help employees with administrative queries
Requirements:
- 2+ years experience in Virtual Assistant, Data Entry, or related fields
- Ability to work remotely
- Proficiency in current technologies (desktop sharing, cloud services, VoIP)
- Strong experience with word-processing & spreadsheets (MS Office)
- Strong experience with online calendars (Google Calendar)
- Strong communication skills (phone, email, instant messaging)
- Strong organizational & time management skills
- High school diploma; additional qualifications are a plus (Data Entry Administrator, Executive Assistant)
