We are seeking a Virtual Assistant for remote administrative support.
Responsibilities include:
- Handling administrative projects.
- Providing high-quality work with minimal supervision.
- Answering emails.
- Scheduling meetings and travel arrangements.
- Organizing communication (email and phone).
- Providing customer service.
- Organizing meetings, travel, and accommodations.
- Managing contact lists and calendars.
- Creating and reviewing customer spreadsheets.
- Maintaining online records.
- Conducting market research and reporting results.
- Preparing presentations.
- Assisting employees with administrative queries.
Requirements:
- 2+ years' experience in Virtual Assistant, Data Entry, or related roles.
- Ability to work remotely.
- Proficiency with current technologies (desktop sharing, cloud services, VoIP).
- Strong proficiency with word-processing and spreadsheet software (MS Office).
- Strong experience with online calendars (Google Calendar).
- Strong communication skills (phone, email, instant messaging).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- High school diploma; relevant certifications (Data Entry Administrator, Executive Assistant) are a plus.
Compensation: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour.
