We are seeking a Virtual Assistant for administrative support to our team. Remote work is required.
Responsibilities include:
- Handling administrative projects with high-quality work.
- Answering emails, scheduling meetings, and making travel arrangements.
- Organizing communication via emails and phone calls.
- Providing customer service.
- Organizing meetings, travel, and accommodations.
- Managing contact lists and calendars.
- Creating and reviewing customer spreadsheets and records.
- Conducting market research and reporting results.
- Preparing presentations.
- Assisting employees with administrative queries.
Requirements include:
- 2+ years of experience in a Virtual Assistant, Data Entry, or related role.
- Ability to work remotely.
- Proficiency with current technologies (desktop sharing, cloud services, VoIP).
- Strong skills in word-processing software (MS Office), spreadsheets, calendars (Google Calendar).
- Strong communication skills (phone, email, instant messaging).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- High school diploma; relevant certifications (Data Entry Administrator or Executive Assistant) are a plus.
