We are looking for a Virtual Assistant to provide administrative support to our team remotely. Responsibilities include:
- Handling administrative projects with high-quality work under minimal supervision.
- Answering emails.
- Scheduling meetings and travel arrangements.
- Organizing communication (email & phone).
- Providing customer service.
- Organizing meetings, travel, and accommodations.
- Managing contact lists and calendars.
- Creating and reviewing customer spreadsheets and records.
- Conducting market research and reporting.
- Preparing presentations.
- Assisting employees with administrative queries.
Requirements include:
- 2+ years of experience in Virtual Assistant, Data Entry, or related roles.
- Ability to work remotely.
- Proficiency with current technologies (desktop sharing, cloud services, VoIP).
- Strong experience with word-processing software (e.g., MS Office), spreadsheets, online calendars (e.g., Google Calendar).
- Strong communication skills (phone, email, instant messaging).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- High school diploma; additional qualifications (e.g., Data Entry Administrator, Executive Assistant) are a plus.
