We are seeking a Virtual Assistant for administrative support to our team. You'll handle administrative projects remotely with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities Include:
- Organizing communication via email and phone
- Providing customer service
- Scheduling meetings, travel, and accommodations
- Managing contact lists and calendars
- Creating and reviewing customer spreadsheets and online records
- Conducting market research and reporting
- Preparing presentations
- Assisting employees with administrative queries
Requirements:
- 2+ years experience in Virtual Assistant, Data Entry, or related roles
- Ability to work remotely
- Strong proficiency with current technologies (desktop sharing, cloud services, VoIP)
- Strong proficiency with word-processing software (MS Office), spreadsheets, online calendars (Google Calendar)
- Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- High school diploma; relevant certifications (Data Entry Administrator, Executive Assistant) a plus
