Full-Time VP Financial Planning & Analysis - Remote

We are seeking an exceptional VP of Financial Planning and Analysis to join HireVue and drive growth.

This role will play a key part in building HireVue's global business, partnering closely with executives to understand and improve performance.

1. Drive growth through analysis, especially in pipeline, pricing, and retention.
2. Manage and build a top-tier team of managers and analysts.
3. Partner with executives to set vision, goals, and maintain accountability.
4. Own reporting for board, lender, and executive meetings.
5. Establish processes for routine operations and scenario modeling.
6. Maintain focus on relevance, accuracy, and completeness.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of progressive planning and analysis experience.
• Advanced knowledge of planning software (Adaptive preferred), Google Sheets/Excel, and ERP (NetSuite preferred).
• SaaS industry and international experience preferred.
• Proven ability to collaborate with executive leadership and stakeholders.
• Expertise in SaaS metrics and analytics, particularly in enterprise software pipeline.
• Natural curiosity to understand issues.
• Ability to clearly communicate complex analysis.
• Blend financial and operational metrics seamlessly.
• Excellent interpersonal, decision-making, and analytical skills.
• Exceptional written communication skills.
• Proven team management experience.
