Full-Time VP Insights, Analytics & Data Strategy

VP Insights, Analytics & Data Strategy leads the organization to provide world-class service for clients, enhance sales effectiveness, and support new platform business.

Responsibilities:

• Lead operational and data automation strategy.
• Develop in-house Professional Services team and offerings.
• Optimize data solution delivery across products.
• Foster cross-collaboration between Product, Engineering, and Data Science teams.
• Apply compliance rigor to client insights and analytics.
• Develop and implement data & analytics KPIs aligned with business objectives.
• Consult in top-to-top client meetings and lead strategy sessions.
• Collaborate with senior leaders on analytic capabilities & strategies.
• Evaluate 3rd party data & analytics.

Requirements:

• Education: Master's Degree (Preferred), Bachelor's Degree (Required)
• Experience: 10+ years relevant experience, 8+ years progressive leadership experience, 5+ years digital analysis, metrics, and multi-channel campaigns, strong experience in professional services, measurement/insights delivery, and rapid scaling of teams.
