Full-Time WAF Security Engineer

• Lead the design and implementation of secure infrastructure.
• Ensure the secure configuration and deployment of hardware and software assets.
• Provide regular status updates to leadership and stakeholders.
• Promote collaboration, diversity, and inclusion.
• Develop roadmaps for infrastructure security enhancements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for security service evolution.
• Ensure seamless integration of network security measures.
• Develop and maintain email security rules and policies.
• Provide guidance and leadership to technical specialists.
• Establish and monitor performance indicators.
• Drive operational efficiency, ensuring SLAs are met.

• 5+ years in cyber security disciplines.
• Experience in cybersecurity budget and vendor management.
• Solid IT engineering experience with exposure to SWE, IT Systems Administration, Cloud (AWS preferred).
• Expertise in configuring and managing corporate edge firewalls.
• Deep understanding of email and network-based threats.
• Experience securing cloud environments and designing future-state architecture.
• Knowledge of the cyber threat landscape.
• Strong leadership skills and business acumen.
• Bachelor’s Degree in an IT related field or equivalent.

• Experience in large complex environments.
• Experience in identity, security engineering, and/or information security functions.
• Master’s Degree in an IT-related field.
