Full-Time Web Analyst

Gambling.com Group (Nasdaq: GAMB) seeks talented individuals for the online sports betting industry in the U.S.

The Group operates multiple websites, including Gambling.com and Bookies.com, serving diverse regions like New York, Arizona, and Ohio.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze onsite performance from various traffic sources (organic search, paid, email, etc.).
• Perform granular analysis for audience targeting and customer journey alignment.
• Identify key performance drivers beyond surface-level data.
• Analyze opportunity gaps, audience drivers, and competitive research for strategic decisions in creative, site optimization, and testing.
• Utilize Google Analytics, Looker, and other data tools to build and maintain reporting dashboards.
• Provide ad-hoc or on-demand reporting in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactively recommend and execute data optimizations.
• Collaborate with SEO, creative, web development, and product teams to develop testing plans.
• Ensure seamless deployment and QA for test launches.
• Communicate detailed roadmaps with clear success goals and P&L impact.
• Conduct training sessions on data tools (Google Analytics, Looker, etc.).

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as a data analyst or similar role.
• Understanding of digital landscape and traffic acquisition (direct, SEO, social, email).
• Proficiency with Google Analytics, Looker, and SEO tools (Google Search Console, Google Trends, SEMrush, Ahrefs).
• Ability to identify traffic trends and communicate performance insights (strengths, weaknesses, reasons).
• Strong communication skills and adaptability to diverse audiences.
• Proactive approach to identifying opportunities and improvement areas.
• Understanding of conversion funnels and customer acquisition.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data manipulation.
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS.

Desirable Qualities:

• Previous experience in the gambling industry.
• Strong media relationships with content, SEO, product, and development teams.
• Basic understanding of SEO and search engine principles.
