Job Details
BlueCat is looking for a Website & Generative SEO Specialist/Manager to manage our website and collaborate with our product marketing and product technical experts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in optimizing website content for conversion rate optimization (CRO), search engine optimization (SEO), and generative engine optimization (GEO).
- Develop and execute BlueCat's generative engine optimization strategy.
- Manage and update website content using WordPress.
- Serve as the primary webmaster.
- Coordinate translation work for the website.
- Oversee project management tasks related to content creation and distribution.
- Collaborate with team members to create compelling content for social media platforms.
- Monitor and analyze website and social media metrics.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience with content management systems (preferably WordPress).
- Understanding of best practices for SEO, GEO, and CRO.
- Demonstrated experience in project management.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Basic design skills with familiarity in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in social media management and content creation.
Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in web management, social media, or digital marketing.
- Familiarity with A/B testing and other conversion optimization methodologies.
- Experience with multilingual content management and localization.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic web development principles.
- Proficiency in using social media management tools.
