Job Details
UNLEASH's website estate is essential for engaging with and understanding our customers. You will be responsible for working with the CTO to grow and enhance our websites using a data-driven approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day configuration of UNLEASH.AI, UNLEASH World, and UNLEASH America.
- Content creation support
- Form integrations using no code platforms
- Managing team support request
- Mangement of website backlog with website partner
- Develop and implement SEO strategies, including optimization and weekly performance reporting.
- Create and optimize gating and personalization strategies, along with weekly performance reporting.
- Drive audience growth strategies across our digital real estate.
- Collaborate closely with the UNLEASH editorial team on content strategy.
- Work in tandem with the UNLEASH marketing team on digital marketing strategies.
- Manage continuous enhancement feature delivery with our external development agency.
Requirements:
- Experience configuring a best-in-class gating / personalisation platforms in a media organization.
- Track record of SEO strategy with demonstrable results.
- Proven ability to work with cross-functional, cross –cultural, remote based teams.
- Relationship building, management skills and experience of working with external technology partners
- Demonstrable experience in growing user engagement and audience using a data-driven approach.
- Strong skills across core tech tools.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Attention to detail, organisational skills and ability to manage competing demands to changing deadlines.
- Able to communicate and present to internal and external audiences using a range of tools.
