About this job: As a Brand & Media Practice Area Team Member, you'll be a key contributor to the development and expansion of NielsenIQ's Media Effectiveness (MMM) business. Reporting to the Practice Area Leader, you will contribute to delivering exceptional client outcomes, achieving short and long-term revenue goals and building awareness of our solutions in the market. You will act as a subject matter expert within our Media Effectiveness business, collaborating with various stakeholders across the organization.
Your role is central to ensuring the Brand and Media practice area achieves its revenue and operational goals. You will work closely with the regional leader and cross-functional teams.

About You: The ideal Practice Area Expert thrives in a dynamic commercial environment and has a proven ability to build meaningful client relationships. They possess a strategic mindset, operational rigor, and the ability to balance short-term goals with long-term growth strategies.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in consulting, analytics, or consumer research roles in Media Effectiveness (MMM) programs is a must (5 - 7 years of experience)
- Strong knowledge of brand and media evaluation and effectiveness, with expertise in applying solutions to real-world challenges.
- In-depth experience leading large-scale MMM studies with a clear understanding and point of view of how brands grow is critical in order to support & drive new business
- Business development skills, including understanding/translating client needs.
- Thought leadership – evidence of clear media landscape experience and a POV to support/generate thought leadership and content creation. Experience presenting at events or via webinars is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with sales processes and tools; experience in proposal development is a critical.
- Bachelor’s degree required; a Master’s degree is preferred but not mandatory.
- Fluent French speaker is an advantage
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
