We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Workday Analyst.
This role will primarily support Workday HCM functionality, playing a key role in maintaining accurate people data, organizational structures, and delivering actionable insights.
The ideal candidate will bring hands-on Workday experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to partner across teams to support both strategic and operational HC needs.
Maintain and manage Workday HCM configuration, including business processes, job profiles, cost center hierarchies, and supervisory organizations with utmost precision and adherence to organizational standards.
Engage in rigorous collaboration with HR business partners and other stakeholders to gather comprehensive requirements and implement scalable solutions that align with organizational objectives.
Ensure organizational data is meticulously reflected in Workday, strictly adhering to security protocols, reporting standards, and downstream processes.
Coordinate with Finance and HC departments on critical planning, reorganizations, and restructures to guarantee accurate and timely execution of organizational changes.
Conduct thorough troubleshooting of issues and provide authoritative support to end users, offering guidance and training on HCM, reporting, and organization admin features.
Oversee and execute system audits, data validations, and integrity checks to ensure data accuracy and consistency, maintaining the highest standards of data quality.
Contribute to system updates, conduct comprehensive testing, and manage release processes for HCM functionality, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
Skills and Requirements:
- 1-3 years of hands-on experience with Workday, including HCM, reporting, and managing organization structures
- Advanced knowledge of Excel, including the ability to perform calculations and automation to process large volumes of data
- Clearly communicates progress on deliverables and escalates issues in a timely manner
- Excellent analytical, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong demonstration of teamwork and collaboration and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Exercises good judgment and operates with the highest level of discretion and professionalism in all interactions and situations
- Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
- Proficiency in Workday HCM configuration, including business processes, job profiles, and supervisory organizations
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools, such as Workday Report Writer or similar BI tools
- Knowledge of HR best practices and current trends in human capital management
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and implement process improvements
- Familiarity with change management principles and practices
- Workday HCM certification preferred
- Experience with integrating Workday with other HR systems and technologies a plus
