Summary: Seeking a Technical Support Engineer to join our team and support our customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical helpdesk support to UK schools.
  • Perform remote network troubleshooting.
  • Support various technologies including custom products, VoIP, WiFi, Cisco firewalls, backup solutions, and Microsoft 365/Google Workspace.
  • Travel around London to support customers.
