Software Mind is seeking qualified candidates located in Latam to fill the role of Site Reliability Engineer.

About the role: Our client serves more than 300,000 businesses in the US by facilitating industry initiatives, administering the company System of Standards, providing education and support, and connecting communities through events and online forums.
We are looking for a motivated Site Reliability Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will assist in the development, deployment, and maintenance of our software systems, ensuring seamless delivery while maintaining the highest degree of reliability.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with application teams and other technical staff to ensure applications run reliably.
- Design, implement, and manage build automation, operational tooling, and core libraries to enhance platform reliability.
- Create and integrate optimal deployment architecture patterns.
- Help build a pit of success so all microservices inherit unified monitoring, authentication, observability best practices.
Skills/Requirements:
- +90% English written and oral (at least B2 level) with excellent communication skills
- 3+ years building and operating distributed cloud native applications running in Azure, AWS, or GCP
- Knowledge of modern build and deployment platforms
- Proficient programming skills (e.g., C#, Java, Python, Golang, Rust, JavaScript/TypeScript, Bash, PowerShell, Ruby)
- Experience analyzing runtime diagnostic data (thread dumps, memory dumps, event trace, syslog)
- Experience with Angular, HTML, CSS, or other UI technologies (a plus)
- Knowledge of SQL databases and basic query writing
- Familiarity with Git version control and basic CI/CD principles
- Comfortable debugging and building in production
- Experience with distributed trace and metric-based observability tools
