Full-Time Senior DevSecOps Engineer

SBS is a global financial technology company helping banks and financial services digitize operations.

We are seeking a highly experienced (minimum 5 years) and self-driven Senior DevSecOps Engineer with strong Cloud Security, Kubernetes (OpenShift), Data Analytics, and AI-powered automation background.

Key Responsibilities:

1. DevSecOps & Cloud Security
   • Design, deploy, and secure OpenShift/Kubernetes clusters across hybrid/multi-cloud environments.
   • Independently set up CI/CD pipelines with security-first principles using GitLab CI/CD.
   • Implement and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform, Helm, and Ansible.
   • Lead security compliance efforts (IAM, RBAC, Zero Trust, and container security).
   • Automate security scanning, vulnerability assessments, and compliance monitoring.
   • Troubleshoot complex infrastructure and security issues with minimal supervision.
2. Analytics & Data Engineering
   • Deploy, configure, and optimize Metabase for advanced data visualization and reporting.
   • Work with BigQuery, SQL, and cross-database joins for seamless data access.
   • Enhance database performance via query optimization, indexing, and caching strategies.
   • Build secure and scalable data pipelines for analytics and real-time monitoring.
   • Troubleshoot performance bottlenecks in Metabase and cloud databases independently.
3. Automation & AI-driven DevOps
   • Develop robust automation scripts using Python, Bash, or PowerShell to streamline DevOps workflows.
   • Design and deploy event-driven architectures.
   • Integrate AI-driven alerting systems for proactive security monitoring and anomaly detection.
   • Apply LLMs & vectorized data for security analytics, auto-scaling, and predictive maintenance.

Qualifications:

• Technical Expertise: Cloud & Containers (Kubernetes, OpenShift, Docker, AWS/GCP/Azure), Security & Compliance (Keycloak, IAM, RBAC, Zero Trust, DevSecOps), CI/CD & Automation (GitLab CI/CD, Terraform, Helm, Ansible), Scripting & Programming (Python, Bash, PowerShell), Monitoring & Logging (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack), Data & Analytics (Metabase, SQL, BigQuery, Kafka, Airflow), AI & ML Integration (AI-powered monitoring, anomaly detection, security automation).
• Experience & Work Ethic: 5+ years hands-on experience in DevSecOps, Cloud Security, or Data Analytics. Strong English, French is a plus. Proven project leadership, scalable solutions delivery. Ability to troubleshoot complex issues without supervision. Cross-functional team experience, standalone initiative capability. Strong problem-solving and proactive ownership mindset.
