- Manage administrative functions.
- Mentor students in coursework and Capstone project.
- Supervise and schedule faculty.
- Recruit, hire, mentor, and evaluate faculty teaching in the BSN program.
- Promote collaboration and academic excellence.
- Coordinate program evaluation and assessment.
- Engage in scholarship.
Responsibilities include course instruction, content development, addressing student concerns, facilitating discussions, and leading curriculum design. Requires regular online availability to students.
Qualifications: PhD, DNP or other terminal degree in nursing. Significant record of intellectual and professional contributions. Three (3) to five (5) years teaching experience. Licensed RN required. Experience with distance learning preferred. Must be able to use Microsoft Office Suite products and Canvas platform.
