Job Responsibilities:
- Grow market by engaging customers in all phases.
- Focus on Microsoft solution sales within BA (Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Customer Insights) and Azure (Data & Analytics, Data Science, AI/ML, Modern Solutions).
- Drive and manage sales cycle from opportunity creation to closure.
- Lead sales activities, communication, and collaboration with specialists, engineers, directors, and leadership.
- Develop strategic account, territory, and opportunity plans for annual objectives.
- Establish and build deep relationships with Microsoft field teams to identify, qualify, co-sell, and sell jointly.
- Support marketing and lead generation, including events (webinars, industry events, Microsoft Ignite), and client acquisition.
- Build and maintain relationships with C-level and leadership contacts in business and IT.
- Manage, report, and forecast business for predictable outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Post-secondary degree/diploma in Business, Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years experience selling strategic technology business applications and solutions.
- Microsoft experience a plus.
- Prior successful sales experience selling technical services using on-premise and cloud technologies.
- Preference for candidates with experience selling services leveraging the Microsoft stack (Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure, SQL, Machine Learning, IoT, Modern Solutions).
- Strong relationships with Microsoft customer facing account teams.
- Strong written and presentation communication skills.
- Experience working with third-party vendors and partners.
- Ability to thrive in dynamic and entrepreneurial environment and work with a team.
