We're looking for a driven, outreach-focused Business Development Representative to help build a strong sales pipeline. This role is ideal for someone with 1+ year of BDR experience in a fast-paced startup or SaaS environment, ready to advance their sales career.

What You'll Do:
- Execute outbound outreach (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn) to generate leads
- Research and qualify prospects, focusing on SMB and mid-market opportunities
- Schedule meetings for Account Executives and drive early-stage sales
- Track activity and progress using CRM tools
- Collaborate with sales and marketing to improve messaging and conversion rates
- Test and iterate on outreach strategies to optimize results
Requirements:
- 1+ year experience in a BDR, SDR, or lead generation role
- Experience in a startup or SaaS company
- Comfort with high-volume outreach and meeting targets
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self-starter mindset with a fast-moving work style
- Familiarity with CRM and sales enablement tools (a plus)
