Sr. Manager, Acceptance Solutions Sales Executive role supports Indirect clients and reports to the Value Added Services North America Sales team. Focuses on Authorize.Net and CyberSource solutions.
Highly motivated and experienced specialist seller to drive growth in the Indirect (Partner) segment, targeting financial services reseller partners in North America.
Prospects for new partnerships, builds new partner pipeline, reports on deal opportunities, and achieves/exceeds net-new sales booking quotas.
Requires significant selling experience and understanding of client/prospect challenges.
Collaborates with cross-functional teams: Direct Merchant teams, Sales Operations, Account Managers, Product, Strategy, Client Services, Marketing, and Visa MS&A Acquiring teams.
Moderate to extensive travel required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrates understanding of the financial service, acquiring industry, including emerging trends, regulatory changes, and operational challenges.
- Prospects, qualifies, negotiates, and closes opportunities within the NA indirect partner segment.
- Manages and meets revenue and bookings targets (quotas).
- Develops/demonstrates comprehensive understanding of Visa’s solutions, their application within partner verticals, and builds frameworks for how they fit with ecosystem capabilities.
- Identifies high-potential partners and cultivates relationships with key decision-makers.
- Ensures high levels of client/prospect satisfaction through proactive outreach and regular follow-ups.
- Partners with the Generalist Sales team to prepare proposals, presentations, and sales materials highlighting Visa solutions’ technical capabilities and advantages.
- Develops and executes sales strategies tailored to the Indirect partner verticals/segment.
- Successfully structures, negotiates, and closes deals, ensuring client needs are met.
- Provides timely and accurate sales activity updates in Microsoft Dynamics.
- Works collaboratively with various teams (Product, Client Services, Finance, Technology) for optimal client experience.
Essential Functions:
- Drives and achieves booking and revenue lines through new customer acquisition or existing client upselling.
- Understands clients’ complex challenges/problems and uses Visa technology to drive solutions.
- Champions Visa’s value-based sales methodology, post-sale commercialization, and mutual success planning with clients.
- Partners with deal and technical teams to prepare proposals and presentations.
- Engages with internal cross-functional teams to relay market feedback and input into commercialization, pricing, and design of new solutions.
Basic Qualifications:
- 8+ years of relevant work experience with a bachelor’s degree, or 5+ years with an advanced degree, or 2+ years with a PhD.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 9+ years with a bachelor’s degree, or 7+ years with an advanced degree, or 3+ years with a PhD.
Work Hours: Varies upon departmental needs.
Travel Requirements: 25-50% of the time.

Salary: 153,800 to 223,050 USD per year (may include sales incentives), subject to individual factors.
