Job Summary: Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve revenue targets within European markets. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives. Own the full sales cycle, with a focus on outbound activities. Identify and pursue upsell/cross-sell opportunities. Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams. Provide insights on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic account plans.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Own the full sales cycle (outbound focus).
- Identify and pursue upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Provide insights on market trends and competitor activities.
- Maintain accurate CRM records.
- Represent Hostaway at industry events.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years B2B SaaS sales experience.
- Native-level French and English fluency.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Proven track record of exceeding quotas in a fast-growth environment.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot).
