Account Executive will execute the full sales lifecycle from prospecting to close, driving revenue and ensuring customer success. You will play a key role in driving business growth by generating leads, conducting discovery calls, scheduling high-value product demos, and closing deals.

Responsibilities:
- Full Sales Cycle Ownership: Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to contract signing.
- Lead Gen (Inbound & Outbound): Engage in high-volume outbound activities (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach) to source qualified leads.
- Discovery & Qualification: Conduct in-depth discovery calls to understand customer pain points and needs.
- Pipeline Management: Use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Clay, and HubSpot CRM to track and manage leads.
- Collaboration: Work with marketing to refine outreach strategies and optimize lead generation efforts.
- Product Demos: Conduct personalized software product demos.
Requirements:
- 2-5+ years of B2B SaaS full sales lifecycle experience, ideally focused on selling to Hotels (B2B meeting & event planners).
- Sales closing experience with an ACV (average contract value) of $2K-$10K.
- Proven experience in high-volume outbound sales, meeting daily activity metrics while maintaining high-quality interactions.
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Apollo, Clay, or similar.
- Self-motivated with a track record of managing your own pipeline.
- Capable of balancing time management across prospecting, pipeline management, internal collaboration, and closing.
- Skilled at building relationships and effectively communicating value to prospective customers.
- Strong communication, resilience, and time management skills.
- Familiarity with early-stage SaaS or the meetings & events industry is a plus.
