Job Details
Account Manager position in Poland. Contract role.
Responsibilities:
- Meet and exceed quarterly/annual bookings goals.
- Build sales pipeline by developing relationships with top-tier prospects, partners, and customers.
- Manage and grow new customer relationships and revenue from Arista data center and campus networking products.
- Prospect and develop new potential customers via telephone. Qualify and track leads, research and identify key contacts. Establish business relationships, qualify accounts and close sales.
- Prospect and develop partner resellers.
- Build mutually beneficial relationships with value-add resellers to grow business.
- Participate in marketing program planning, development, execution, and measurement.
- Interface with Arista headquarters for sales/marketing coordination.
- Seek training and certification on Arista products.
- Monitor client satisfaction and resolve issues.
- Set priorities, schedules, and meet established goals/commitments.
- Additional duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree or equivalent.
- Fluency in Polish and English.
- 8+ years of high-tech sales experience (preferably in the Romanian networking sector).
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets.
- Demonstrated success in developing new business and managing complex sales cycles (from lead generation to closing).
- Core domain knowledge of networking solutions, routers/switches and selling into Enterprise environments.
- Experience with CXO and multi-level selling.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of competitive products/solutions/services.
- Professional appearance, strong business acumen, and presentation/negotiation skills.
- Strong time management and multitasking skills.
- Desire and ability to move into a leadership position.
- Prior experience selling to Global 2000 Organizations is desired.
