The Accounting & Reporting Analyst holds a pivotal position within the outsourcing team and is instrumental in the delivery of our services.
Collaborates with the team on day-to-day tactical client support, ensuring timely and accurate execution of equity plan accounting and financial reporting deliverables.
Serves as the primary point of contact for clients, providing comprehensive support for administrative and financial reporting offerings.
Processes and delivers client financial reporting data with precision, adhering to client-defined reporting schedules.
Manages and tracks data reconciliations, utilizing in-depth system knowledge and meticulous attention to detail in resolving data anomalies.
Collaborates with clients on ad-hoc requests for support and analysis, ensuring deliverables meet quality and timeliness standards.
Identifies and develops process benchmarks and standard methodologies across the client base for operational excellence.
Trains client contacts on the reporting platform and its functionalities to optimize service usage.
Maintains high engagement with client contacts to cultivate long-term professional relationships for quality service delivery.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in customer service, with a preference for corporate clients.
- Experience managing multiple client deliverables with high client satisfaction.
- Understanding of stock options, employee stock purchase plans, restricted and performance awards, ASC 718, and/or corporate accounting administration.
- Commitment to pursuing the Certified Equity Plan Certificate (ECA).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for articulating complex information.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment and contribute to team objectives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Meticulous attention to detail with a proven ability to deliver accurate results.
- Proven experience in identifying and implementing process improvements for operational efficiency.
