About the Senior Data Analyst at Headspace: We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Data Analyst to join our Data team. You will measure and deliver insights and actionable recommendations to drive performance improvements in key areas like enrollment, activation, engagement, retention, and member outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Project Leadership: Own and drive strong business outcomes through impactful data projects. Initiate and lead projects or strategies based on analytical findings.
- Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex business problems into scalable analytical frameworks. Provide thought leadership and actionable insights.
- Analytical Expertise: Act as a trusted advisor on advanced statistical analysis, data science modeling, experimental design, and financial impact analysis, adhering to best practices.
- Problem Solving: Conduct root cause analyses for critical business metrics, developing structured approaches to uncover key drivers. Prioritize and implement optimization strategies.
- Process Optimization: Design and implement automation solutions for analytical processes, including experimentation readouts and self-service tools, enhancing scalability.
- Data Product Development: Collaborate to define and deliver high-quality data product requirements, dashboards, and automated reports.
- Collaborative Execution: Partner with Business Intelligence and Data Engineering teams to support initiatives and contribute to the long-term data-driven vision.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years analytics experience, ideally with exposure to Digital Health, high-growth SaaS, and/or Mental Health industries.
- 3+ years experience working directly with executive and product leaders, aligning initiatives with strategic goals.
- 5+ years experience focused on customer growth, engagement, and lifecycle optimization.
- 3+ years experience owning and managing data products for impactful business outcomes.
- 3+ years progressive experience in healthcare analytics (preferred).
- 5+ years expertise in big data technologies (e.g., Redshift, S3, Databricks, Datalakes, Spark).
Compensation: $122,400 - $195,500.
