At NielsenIQ, the Sales Incentive Program (SIP) is a strategic program used to drive sales transformation and reward sellers for exceptional performance. Working globally, our SIP Team is responsible for paying sellers timely and accurately utilizing sales compensation plans. Sales Compensation Analysts play a key role in helping the sales organization achieve business objectives.
Responsibilities include:
- Calculating incentive award payments based on SIP plan provisions.
- Supporting the development, implementation, communication, and administration of sales programs.
- Participating in designing and building reports with focus on data quality.
- Analyzing information, identifying complex problems, and proposing solutions.
- Leading projects to deliver insights and improve calculation and reporting.
- Supporting senior analysts and managers in preparing ad hoc reports.
- Interpreting data and making recommendations.
- Answering questions from program participants.
- Learning new skills and adapting to changing demands.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in business administration, finance, or related field
- 2-5 years of related experience; Financial analysis experience preferred
- Detail-oriented, data-passionate
- Strong quantitative, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Outstanding people skills, ability to build positive relationships
- Ability to operate at all levels
- Good judgment, discretion, and ethical conduct
- Excellent verbal, written communication, presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong initiative and commitment to continuous improvement
