Full-Time Accounts Receivable Accountant

The Vividly Professional Services Finance team supports client value through distributor/retailer backup retrieval, collections, and transaction processing. We seek a hardworking, bright, energetic professional as an Accounts Receivable Accountant (Trade Deductions) to join the Customer Experience team.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with the AR Manager to build a scalable platform for deductions reconciliation, identifying trends and opportunities for clients based on expense settlements.
• Identify whether an expense is authorized by following procedures.
• Develop standard operating procedures for departmental aspects.
• Identify areas for improvement and recommend process enhancements.
• Assist with ad hoc analysis and reporting.
• Take ownership of organizational goals, new duties, and opportunities within Customer Success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in Trade Promotion Management
• Works PST, MST, EST timezones
• Experience with deductions, collections, reconciliations, and general trade finance.
• TPM software experience is a plus.
• Technical proficiency with SaaS products (Excel, PowerPoint, G-Suite).
• Start-up experience and comfort with change.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• 1-2 years experience in PST, MST, or EST timezones.
• Proficient in English.
• CPG industry experience required.
• Deduction processing experience required.
• Accounting background or education.
