Full-Time Activations Technician

• Complete activations for external customers.
• Troubleshoot activations with other departments.
• Resolve post-activation issues.
• Process orders according to SLAs and quality standards.
• Manage assigned queue to maintain service levels.
• Maintain network infrastructure and update systems.
• Provide customer communication.
• Participate in overnight cutovers.

• Develop relationships with stakeholders.
• Maintain safe practices.
• Complete work efficiently with high quality.
• Work with multiple information types simultaneously.
• Telecommunications or networking field experience.
• Certifications in related telecom or networking fields.
• Fundamental knowledge of the OSI model and Ethernet Layer 2.
• Exposure to Network Design (LAN, WAN, and ISP) and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of Ethernet Topologies.
• Must be able to work 3rd Shift (11pm- 8am).
