Full-Time Adoption & Training Consultant

What You’ll DoThe Adoption & Training Consultant is an integral part of our team here at Burwood Group, tasked with developing and delivering dynamic and informative training for our clients.

As a member of the Adoption & Training practice, you’ll be responsible for:

• Conducting assessments to determine training needs
• Strategic design of comprehensive training solutions to meet client’s needs
• Aligning technologies and processes/workflows
• Designing and developing training content for Burwood’s clients
• Delivering training, in-person and remote
• Working with our technical SMEs to develop user-focused Job Aids and Quick Reference Cards
• Executing end-user communications plans / messaging

Who You Are

• You have a strong background in training, organization development, or instructional design, preferably working for an IT consulting organization.
• You have advanced knowledge of e-learning development and web conferencing tools.
• You understand adult education theories, the ADDIE model and relevant instructional design concepts.
• Your work style is flexible.
• You have previously conducted assessments to identify skill gaps, training needs, cultural resistance, etc.
• You can gather requirements required for training development
• You have experience designing custom training and organization development solutions.
• You have experience delivering training in person and online.
• You have the expertise and professionalism to interact and develop relationships with any level of an organization.
• You have excellent presentation and communications skills.
• You’re willing to travel.

The Tech Stuff

• Detailed knowledge of M365, Contact Center, VDI, Security, etc. from an end-user perspective.
