Requirements:
- Proven experience in technical support on Google Workspace (at least 1 year).
- Knowledge in Microsoft 365, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform will be highly valued.
- Fluency in French and English (in addition to Spanish), as support will be provided in all three languages.
- Availability to work in rotating shifts, as the position is for the team that operates 24/7.
- Adaptability and quick learning ability (as you will have to learn several solutions and tools).
