Full-Time Agile Business Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Business Analyst with strong data analysis skills to join our eSQIS team.

In this role, you will:

• Be a key contributor to our application development.
• Work closely with the Product Owner, developers, and other stakeholders.
• Define, document, and deliver solutions that address critical business needs within the Costing domain.

Responsibilities:

• Requirements Elicitation & Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs.
• User Story Development & Management: Translate business requirements into well-defined user stories.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Write and execute SQL and NoSQL queries to extract and analyze data.
• Collaboration & Communication: Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and the development team.
• Proactive Problem Solving & Innovation: Identify potential problems and risks proactively and propose solutions.

Requirements:

• Experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a digital environment.
• Strong data analysis skills, including experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
• Excellent documentation skills.
• Solid understanding of web application architecture and development principles.
• Experience working with APIs and integrating data from various systems.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience in Finance -> Costing and Reporting is a plus.
