Full-Time AI Architect

The Customer Excellence Group will partner with Product Management and Engineering to deliver an AI-first implementation experience for ServiceNow’s customers. You will design, productize, and pilot agentic & generative AI‑first setup and implementation experiences, reducing delivery time.

• Provide technical advice to early adopter customers on utilizing ServiceNow’s AI-first implementation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize, design, and pilot AI capabilities.
• Stay updated with GenAI and Agent trends to improve implementation & adoption offerings.
• Contribute to thought leadership documents and knowledge base articles.
• Design, build, validate, and deploy delivery and implementation‑specific agents.
• Co‑drive pilots with ServiceNow’s early adopter customers.

• 5+ years of solution architecture experience across multiple AI platforms and vendor products.
• Prior experience developing AI use cases (Generative, Agentic, Predictive) from prototyping to production.
• 5+ years of experience in a technology advisory or implementation role with a focus on AI, ML, or Data Science.
• Proven track record of driving business growth and customer satisfaction through innovative solutions.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and Implementation Specialist certifications.
