Contractor AI Project Manager

We are looking for a dynamic Project Manager/ Scrum Master with a solid technical background to lead and manage our project teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within the team.
• Identify and remove impediments or roadblocks that hinder project progress.
• Coach team members on Agile best practices, ensuring adherence to Scrum principles.
• Maintain and update project documentation, including scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and success metrics.
• Prepare business documents for clients, team and other stakeholders.
• Track project progress and ensure deliverables are met within agreed timelines and budgets.
• Identify, evaluate, and mitigate project risks.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, including regular communication with clients to ensure alignment and satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Required Experience: 6–9 years of experience in project management and Scrum, preferably in the AI/ML domain. Understanding of sprint and kanban approaches.
• Educational Background: MBA (Master of Business Administration) with experience in the field of Information Technology or bachelor's degree or higher in engineering, computer science, or a related technical field.
• Tool Expertise: Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence/Notion, and MS Office or G-Suite.
• Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills for clear stakeholder interactions and documentation.
• Preferred Experience: with version control systems like Git.
• Familiarity with programming languages, especially Python.
• Knowledge of cloud technologies and platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Soft Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. A proactive approach to problem-solving and team management. Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment. Attention to detail, especially in documentation and risk management.
