Dune is on a mission to make crypto data accessible. We’re a collaborative multi-chain analytics platform.
About the role
The data team turns raw on-chain activity into trustworthy and reusable datasets. As a Data Analyst working on curated data, you will sit at the intersection of protocol mechanics, SQL modeling, and transformation tooling.
In this role, you will
- Design, implement, and maintain SQL-based curated models
- Extend our existing curated datasets with new entities, metrics, and dimensions
- Create new data models when we onboard additional blockchains to Dune
- Reverse‑engineer smart contracts and protocol mechanics
- Partner with engineers to ensure pipelines are reliable, documented, and cost-aware
- Manage and maintain community data contributions
- Collaborate with product and go to market to ensure curated models unlock clear user value
You might be a great fit if you have
- Exceptional blockchain data knowledge
- Hands-on understanding of how smart contracts work
- Strong SQL skills
- Practical experience with a data transformation tool such as dbt or SQLMesh
- A builder’s mindset
Nice to have
- Prior Dune power user experience
- Understanding of Solana’s account model, programs, and IDL ecosystem
- Exposure to data engineering concepts and pipelines
