Job Details
We are seeking a Junior Analytics Engineer to support the central Data team in building clean, reliable, and scalable data models.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, clean, and model data from different marketplaces
- Integrate datasets into the company’s data warehouse
- Write SQL queries and maintain transformations for analytics use cases
- Perform data quality checks, tests, and bug fixing to ensure accurate reporting
- Collaborate with team members for code reviews, validation, and stakeholder alignment
- Document processes, KPIs, and data models for clarity and reusability
Requirements:
- At least 6 months of relevant experience in a data-related role within a data team
- Strong knowledge of SQL with hands-on experience writing queries
- Basic understanding of data modelling concepts and structured workflows
- Clear communicator with a detail-oriented and organised approach
- Interest in modern analytics engineering practices and business context
Tools You Will Use:
- Must-have: SQL
- Nice-to-have: BigQuery, dbt or Dataform, Git, data visualisation tools (such as Looker, PowerBI, Metabase, Lightdash, Tableau)
Remote-first role with flexibility.
