The Experian Analytics team develops quality analytics products and services, delivering them with quality, consistency, and efficiency. The Analytics Manager will lead a team to deliver data-driven insights and solutions.

Minimum Requirements

- Leads Analytical team to accomplish tasks.
- Manages resources, recruitment, development, and talent management.
- Encourages personal development and regular performance reviews.
- Deploys communication strategy and monitors performance using KPIs.
Management of Client and Bureau Deliveries
- Includes accurate effort estimations, quality control, and timeline management.
Managing Internal Client Relationships
- Develop and maintain influential internal relationships.
- Attends client meetings, providing expert analytics solutions knowledge.
- Supports the Analytics Product Manager with documentation and training.
- Provides feedback to the Head of Analytics.
Strategy and Innovation
- Participates in strategic planning for Analytics products & service roadmap.
- Drives innovative thinking, identifying gaps and new product opportunities.
- Oversees the development of creative solutions.
- Collaborates with other teams to implement new products.
- Ensures data integrity and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Drives continuous improvement in analytics methodologies and tools.
Minimum Requirements
- 8 years of experience in analytics, with 2 years in a leadership role.
- Practical experience in credit risk portfolio analytics and reporting using visualization tools.
Preferred
- Experience developing credit risk scorecards.
- Experience in financial services.
- Good understanding of credit risk management.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in quantitative fields.
