Full-Time Application Support Analyst

As an Application Support Analyst, you will be responsible for:

• Coordination and collaboration: Interaction with internal contributors: Project Managers, Business Analysts, business teams and cross-functional entities (architecture, validation). Cooperation with external vendors, including development teams and IT managers in collaboration with the production team.
• Incident and anomaly management: Tracking level 2 and 3 production incidents: Analysis of incidents based on their date and severity. Proposal of adapted solutions and workarounds. Compliance with SLA (Service Level Agreement) commitments. In-depth analysis and resolution of complex anomalies.
• Skills development and expertise: Acquisition of functional expertise on the department's applications.

Required Profile

• Diploma: Bachelor's degree (Bac+5) or Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) in Computer Science
• Experience: Minimum 5 years' experience. Engineer or specialized technician in application support, with expertise in incident analysis and complex anomaly management.
• Skills:
• Technical: Postman, SQL, Analysis of logs via Datadog, Putty, WinSCP
• Methodology: Agile
• Soft skills: Autonomy, Excellent communication skills (French is mandatory), Rigor and service orientation, Teamwork and adaptability
