Job Details
Manage and configure SaaS business applications to align with business requirements.
Provide expert-level end-user support, training, and guidance on application features, functionality, and best practices.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify system enhancements and process improvements.
Act as a liaison between the organization and SaaS vendors for issue resolution and feature requests.
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, workflows, and processes.
Monitor application performance, identify issues, and implement solutions to improve reliability and efficiency.
Analyze business processes and recommend technology solutions to optimize operations.
Ensure data integrity and security across business applications.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience managing and supporting SaaS business applications.
- Strong background in accounting and financial transactions, with a deep understanding of financial processes and workflows.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven experience with ERP and CRM systems including NetSuite, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, and Salesforce.
