A major global insurance company is using an application to manage all tasks and duties. This application requires human oversight and intervention to ensure client data accuracy. The project supports fast, agile customers while maintaining stability and reliability.
Responsibilities
- Ensure Infrastructure Availability: Maintain the Pega application across all environments (development to production).
- Manage and Optimize AWS Services: Address performance issues, maintain service uptime, and keep all integrated services up-to-date and secure.
- Coordinate and Execute Daily Deployments: Manage daily deployments, incorporate updates and fixes, and keep systems stable.
- Troubleshoot and Resolve Incidents: Investigate, identify root causes, and implement fixes for issues. Collaborate with developers to prevent recurrence.
- Support DevOps Best Practices: Use tools like Jenkins or GitLab CI/CD for efficient deployment.
- Monitor and Maintain System Health: Set up and maintain monitoring tools to track performance, detect issues early, and ensure stability/scalability.
Must-Have Skills
- Technical background with basic Linux knowledge.
- Good client approach and willingness to learn.
- Willingness to work in a 20/5 rotating shift schedule.
- Experience with ticketing systems and server infrastructure.
- Excellent communication and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and reasoning skills.
- Proactive and teamwork-oriented approach.
- Proficient in English (written and spoken)
