Job Details
We are seeking a motivated Application Portfolio Specialist to implement, maintain, and administer software applications in our ServiceNow SAM Pro solution.
Responsibilities:
- Manage ServiceNow SAM Pro module.
- Integrate SAM Pro with other ServiceNow modules.
- Generate reports and dashboards for SAM Program insights.
- Administer J.S. Held software applications portfolio.
- Document software processes and procedures.
- Liaise with business, Technology Services teams, and vendors to manage applications, support, and contracts.
- Coordinate technical application problems with vendors.
- Develop plans and strategies for off-the-shelf and custom-built applications.
- Manage application-related projects.
- Administer applications (users, licenses, and contracts).
- Ensure successful management and testing of application updates and changes.
- Maintain system documentation and knowledge bases.
- Plan, coordinate, test, and communicate changes, upgrades, and new services.
- Ensure effective end-user training programs.
- Identify opportunities for new applications to add business value.
- Manage business requests for new applications and drive procurement.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Experience:
- Professional English fluency
- 3-5+ years of applications administration experience
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field (preferred)
- Vendor, contract, and license management experience
- Ability to learn new technologies and platforms
- Success in a remote role (preferred)
- Strong internal and external relationship building
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Eagerness to learn and adapt
Preferred Skills/Experience:
- 3+ years of ServiceNow SAM Pro Administration experience
- ServiceNow SAM Pro Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification
- Hands-on experience in ServiceNow Modules (SAM, ITAM, ITOM/CMDB/Discovery)
- 3+ years of ITIL/Agile experience
- ServiceNow Gen AI experience (nice to have)
- Business process automation experience (a plus)
