Full-Time Applications Portfolio Specialist

We are seeking a motivated Application Portfolio Specialist to implement, maintain, and administer software applications in our ServiceNow SAM Pro solution.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage ServiceNow SAM Pro module.
2. Integrate SAM Pro with other ServiceNow modules.
3. Generate reports and dashboards for SAM Program insights.
4. Administer J.S. Held software applications portfolio.
5. Document software processes and procedures.
6. Liaise with business, Technology Services teams, and vendors to manage applications, support, and contracts.
7. Coordinate technical application problems with vendors.
8. Develop plans and strategies for off-the-shelf and custom-built applications.
9. Manage application-related projects.
10. Administer applications (users, licenses, and contracts).
11. Ensure successful management and testing of application updates and changes.
12. Maintain system documentation and knowledge bases.
13. Plan, coordinate, test, and communicate changes, upgrades, and new services.
14. Ensure effective end-user training programs.
15. Identify opportunities for new applications to add business value.
16. Manage business requests for new applications and drive procurement.
17. Other duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Experience:

• Professional English fluency
• 3-5+ years of applications administration experience
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field (preferred)
• Vendor, contract, and license management experience
• Ability to learn new technologies and platforms
• Success in a remote role (preferred)
• Strong internal and external relationship building
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Eagerness to learn and adapt

Preferred Skills/Experience:

• 3+ years of ServiceNow SAM Pro Administration experience
• ServiceNow SAM Pro Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification
• Hands-on experience in ServiceNow Modules (SAM, ITAM, ITOM/CMDB/Discovery)
• 3+ years of ITIL/Agile experience
• ServiceNow Gen AI experience (nice to have)
• Business process automation experience (a plus)
