Full-Time Asp.Net + MSSQL Support (2-3 Years)

Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented L1 Support Resource. Must have experience with travel management applications or similar applications. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with different teams.

Responsibilities:

• Create Jira tickets for reported issues and monitor updates from vendor team.
• Test and verify fixes/changes in application.
• Address user queries via email.
• Coordinate with vendors for escalations and issue resolution.
• Reconcile data between applications and generate detailed reconciliation reports for mismatch records and errors.
• Write SQL queries to test and validate data mismatches.
• Debug and test applications.
• Handle escalated issues requiring technical knowledge and troubleshooting.
• Provide advanced support for complex problems, ensuring timely resolution.
• Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues and implement long-term solutions.
• Document findings and share knowledge with the L1 support team to prevent future occurrences.
• Collaborate with development teams to address software bugs and enhancements.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in: Jira, MS SQL, ASP.Net Core, C#
• Knowledge of: SharePoint (advantageous)
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience: 1-2 years in a similar support role.
