Full-Time Associate Account Executive (Screening Sales)

Join the growing Screening and Early Detection commercial team in a field-based role.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Prospect and target healthcare providers for cancer screening.
2. Meet/exceed sales goals.
3. Seek out strategic expansion/collaboration opportunities.
4. Develop and implement business plans.
5. Identify/partner with laboratories.
6. Analyze competitive landscape and provide customer feedback.
7. Recommend strategic plans for gaining/retaining clients.
8. Manage promotional activities.
9. Collaborate with sales team.
10. Represent Guardant Health values.

Requirements:

• 2+ years customer-facing experience (ideally in healthcare).
• Strong closing abilities.
• Excellent communication & presentation skills.
• Consultative selling abilities.
• Market, customer, and product knowledge.
• Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
• High level of confidentiality.
• Cross-functional relationship development skills.
• Independent work and multitasking abilities.
• Strong administrative skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office & CRM systems (Salesforce/Veeva preferred).
• Valid driver's license & clean driving record.
• Ability to travel.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with diagnostic products.
• Product launch experience.
• Familiarity with primary care practice landscape.
• High-touch customer service skills.

Salary: $96,000 - $105,000 (USD).
