Full-Time Associate Application Support Engineer

• Do you excel at handling a rapid flow of requests?
• Do you have experience providing first-level support for software products and tools?

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer-facing support and problem resolution.
• Troubleshoot production issues, identify and address the root cause.
• Work with engineering teams to get the resolution deployed to production.
• Take ownership of assigned tasks until issues are resolved and closed.
• Build, develop, and grow relationships with users and other stakeholders.
• Provide Level 1 end-user support for escalations and ensure IT service levels are maintained.
• Adhere to agile methodology, SDLC, support, and service management policies and procedures.
• Develop and maintain knowledge base documentation.
• Track and prioritize requests through JIRA.

What You'll Need:

• Ability to work 40 hours per week from 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM EST (M-F)
• Experience supporting business-critical, enterprise applications.
• Experience with Salesforce configuration and/or administration.
• Experience reading/writing queries in MS SQL Server.
• Familiarity with IT tools (i.e. IT ServiceDesk, JIRA Software, JIRA Confluence, etc.).
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to solve problems, determine appropriate actions, and complete tasks.
