Associate Client Manager, Industry Insights
Responsibilities:
- Work as a master of propriety NIQ tools and metrics to solve clients' business questions.
- Work closely with CS Consultants to transform customer experience.
- Independently respond to business questions during briefings, developing analytical outlines using NIQ solutions.
- Simplify and visualize data, translating numbers into compelling stories for clients with actionable recommendations.
- Prepare and present insights/recommendations at Academy Silver graduate level, using SCQA and AP efficiently.
- Drive customer satisfaction through relevant and impactful insights.
- Lead generation: Identify and take ownership of revenue leads, partnering with AD to convert them into revenue.
- Execute strongly based on the service model.
- Remove roadblocks when they arise.
- Lead by example, guide, and coach junior members.
- Champion initiatives within the business unit and guide peers.
- Deliver as per KPI for championed initiatives.
- Lead Thought Leadership Projects.
- Client briefing:
- In-market: Ensure briefing form is completed, probe and understand client issues.
- Hub: Ensure briefing document is received from in-market teams, ask for clarity.
- Additional Responsibilities
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years' experience in the CPG industry or related fields.
- Experience with NIQ (or similar) solutions, including POS/Panel Data.
- Proficiency in pulling, analyzing, and incorporating NIQ data sources (RMS, Homescan, Omni, Spectra, etc.).
- Proficiency in utilizing Discover to address client concerns.
- Ability to coach others in data analysis and NIQ tools.
- Strong analytical mind, excellent numerical skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Sheets/Slides.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Digital savvy and fast learner.
Compensation:
Market-competitive salary, anticipated base compensation: $64,000 - $75,000. Actual salary depends on experience, qualifications, skills, and location. Eligible for sales-based incentive/performance-based bonus.
