Are you passionate about driving the successful delivery of clinical trials? Join our team as an Associate Director, Clinical Monitoring, and take a lead role in advancing medical research.
Role Objectives:
The Associate Director provides leadership and oversight for the clinical monitoring function. This role is responsible for developing and executing monitoring strategies, managing multiple clinical monitoring teams, and ensuring the highest quality standards.
What You'll Do:
- Lead the implementation and oversight of clinical monitoring processes.
- Develop and execute site monitoring plans and data collection strategies.
- Manage and mentor CRAs, In-House CRAs, and other clinical team members.
- Conduct on-site and remote CRA Assessment Visits.
- Oversee training and professional development for the clinical monitoring team.
- Contribute to business development activities.
- Manage clinical monitoring budgets and resource planning.
What You'll Need:
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences, healthcare, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in clinical research, including at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- In-depth knowledge of clinical research processes, GCP, ICH guidelines, and global regulatory requirements.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 20%.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
