Full-Time Associate Director, Data Platform

• Serve as a subject matter expert and product evangelist for data components.
• Key member of the Care Partners leadership team tasked with understanding the business objectives and aligning data and product roadmaps accordingly
• Work collaboratively with engineering, analytics and other stakeholders to continue the maturation of Privia’s data warehouse, data architecture and platform solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement in data quality, governance, and security.
• Partner with Product Owners on products and projects managing incoming product requests.
• Facilitate communication between business teams and technology teams.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations.
• Key contributor towards operations, communications, and workflow strategy.
• Collaborate and problem-solve with Product Operations leadership on complex issues or problems

• Deep understanding of the healthcare ecosystem.
• Proven experience in product ownership or management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong technical skills including strong competency in SQL and other database concepts
• 3+ years of experience in data architecture, data warehousing, or data engineering, with at least 3+ years in a product or program management role
